V Endorsement Training Class
This safety training course is for licensed drivers obtaining a V Endorsement for the first time, and for the annual renewal of the R360 certificate.
The classes are available via Zoom. Sound and video capabilities are required for the class.
V Endorsement Training Dates
Monday, December 8 & Wednesday, December 10 – 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Monday, December 15 & Wednesday, December 17 – 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Those needing the 6-hour class attend the 15th & 17th only.
New drivers needing the 10-hour class attend all four days.
Registration forms for this class are due by Monday, November 24, 2025.
Enrollment will no longer be accepted following the registration deadline.
Payment is due by Monday, December 1, 2025.
Monday, January 5 & Wednesday, January 7 – 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Monday, January 12 & Wednesday, January 14 – 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Those needing the 6-hour class attend the 12th & 14th only.
New drivers needing the 10-hour class attend all four days.
Registration forms for this class are due by Monday, December 22, 2025.
Enrollment will no longer be accepted following the registration deadline.
Payment is due by Monday, December 29, 2025.
Monday, February 2 & Wednesday, February 4 – 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Monday, February 9 & Wednesday, February 11 – 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Those needing the 6-hour class attend the 9th & 11th only.
New drivers needing the 10-hour class attend all four days.
Registration forms for this class are due by Monday, January 19, 2026.
Enrollment will no longer be accepted following the registration deadline.
Payment is due by Monday, January 26, 2026.

Do not send payment until your registration is accepted, and you are issued an invoice by the COSTA office.

PRICING
All payments are to be made by *CHECK only* to the address listed below.
COSTA does not accept Credit Card or Cash Payments.
Total amount due is issued by invoice following registration submission.

*A discount of 30% will be provided for a class of 10 or more from the same company, regardless of membership status.
Please note: Listed prices do not include tax. Applicable taxes will be added when your invoice is generated. New customers that are non-profit entities must provide their Tax ID or exemption documentation to be tax-exempt.
